Update on fat busters

  • Pine Nuts

  • condition your hair! –  whether its just a warm olive oil mix or any of the other recipes that you will soon find on the Hair Recipes page, do one and smoothen that look+
  • Lastly! try this month’s mask and remember to exfoliate once a week with my fav product BAKING SODA!
  • And why not try something new? – do some henna! 🙂

Morning and night please ladies!

The dirt from the day and oils from the night will create bacteria and this is why it is so important.

Intermediate:

3. Moisturize

4. Sun protection

5. Exfoliate once a week
