Long weekend is around the corner….

Why not spare a little time and do a DIY treat for yourself or in a group?!?!

SPECIAL WEEKEND FACIAL:

  • CLEANSE with your daily facewash OR honey
  • BRIGHTEN AND LIGHTEN with a light spread of plain yoghurt or splash of milk (leave on face for 10 mins)
  • EXFOLIATE with baking soda for a mini microdermabrasion and get rid of scarring
  • MASK made of honey and lemon to add glow and moisturise your skin
  • TONE with a tea sprits toner (the video on how to make this is on Face page)
  • MOISTURISE with a vitamin serum (vitamin E, primrose oil – video on how to make this is also on the Face page)

Then just relax and unwind with great skin!

TREAT ALL THE WAY TO THE TOES:

  • FOOT BATH with 1 cup of milk and fill the rest of your vessel with warm water (soak for 15 mins)
  • SCRUB with  raw sugar for a few mins each foot
  • MOISTURISE with shea butter (the thicker the cream the softer your feet)

Its that time of the week again!

So let your hair down and take an hour to relax and pamper yourself.

Try to do any of the following:

  • a warmbath with essential oil of your choice
    take in a magazine and chill
    great for muscle relaxation + heightening the senses
  • this month’s face mask – oatmeal + milk/water
    leave for just 20mins and add that glow to your skin
  • Foot bath
    There is a lot going on in your feet and its time to take care of them
    grab a tub and fill half with warm water and add 3 tbsp of olive oil and 1/2 cup of milk.
    this will make your feet extra smooth while soaking for 20 mins
    then, get 1tbsp of sugar (per foot) and use this to scrub
    not only will you get amazingly foot feet but this will give you energy for the rest of your day
